Giving an opinion about when you will encounter the best weather in Puerto Vallarta is a subjective matter, depending on your idea of perfection.

For example, for many the best month to visit is November when everything is still green and lush from the rainy season, rivers and waterfalls have volume, the rain has stopped, the ocean temperatures are warm and the evenings are cooler but still balmy. For others, December and January are best, when temperatures are at their lowest, very little danger of rain, the whales are visiting the bay thanks to cooler ocean temperatures and you can escape the worst weather back home. What’s best all depends on your perspective.
